Hi Neighbors,

I was born and raised in Chester County and grew up not too far away in Charlestown

Township. I am a graduate of Great Valley High School; married with three children and five grandchildren who all live locally. Over the last 25 years, I lived in East Vincent and Charlestown townships before buying land in West Vincent Township in 2023 and building my retirement home on Sheeder Mill Road.

Since high school graduation, I have been a self-employed General Contractor in the construction business. I’ve managed projects including new home subdivisions, renovations, remodeling and various kitchen and bath additions. My skills include proven leadership, customer focus, time-management, problem solving and teamwork. My 46 years of industry experience has allowed me to work with many townships gaining knowledge on how they operate, their processes and expectations. 

During my own home build process, I dealt with West Vincent Township on permitting, land development, storm water management and conservation/open space. Early on in the process, I expressed my interest in becoming involved with the Township once my home was built. Looking back over my interaction with the West Vincent Township, I realized the Township needs a fresh voice/face, fresh leadership and a person with demonstrated management experience. 

Your Vote for me includes:

· Fiscal responsibility: oversight/transparency of financial spending

· Fiscal accountability: prompt reconciliation of books

· Continue to save open space

· Lower permit fees, reduced permit review/approval process

· Improvement township road / infrastructure

· Smaller government

· Ordinance accountability and enforcement
